이용약관

Me-seum(미지엄, 이하 "서비스")을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 약관은 서비스 이용과 관련된 권리와 의무를 규정합니다. 서비스를 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스의 성격

Me-seum(이하 "본 서비스")은 사용자가 직접 입력한 영화·TV·애니·도서 감상 기록을 본인 기기 및 본인 Google Drive에 보관해 주는 개인용 미디어 도록 도구입니다. 본 서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다.

2. 데이터의 소유권

사용자가 본 서비스에 입력한 모든 데이터는 사용자에게 귀속됩니다. 본 서비스 운영자는 사용자 데이터를 자체 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 사용자의 데이터에 대한 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.

3. 외부 데이터의 출처와 정확성

본 서비스는 영화·TV 정보를 TMDB, 애니메이션 정보를 AniList, 도서 정보를 알라딘 Open API로부터 가져옵니다. 이들 데이터는 각 제공처가 보유한 정보이며 본 서비스는 그 정확성·완전성·최신성을 보증하지 않습니다.

각 외부 API의 약관에 따라 데이터 사용 범위는 개인적·비영리 감상 목적으로 한정됩니다. 사용자는 본 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보를 무단 복제·재배포·상업적 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 사용자의 의무

• 본 서비스를 자신의 책임 하에 사용해야 합니다.
• 외부 API 한도(TMDB, AniList, 알라딘)를 의도적으로 초과하거나 도용하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
• 본 서비스의 코드를 역공학(reverse engineer)하거나 권한 없이 변경·재배포하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
• 저작권자의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 본 서비스의 결과물을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 무보증 (As-Is)

본 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 다음에 대해 어떠한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.

• 서비스의 지속적 가용성, 무중단 운영
• 외부 API에서 제공되는 데이터의 정확성·최신성
• 특정 목적에의 적합성, 상품성

6. 책임의 제한

본 서비스 이용으로 발생한 직접·간접·부수적·결과적 손해(데이터 손실, 사용 기회 상실 포함)에 대해 운영자는 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

특히 사용자가 Google Drive 동기화 기능을 사용함에 있어 발생할 수 있는 데이터 손실(병합 충돌, 동시 편집 등)에 대해 운영자는 보증하지 않으며, 사용자는 중요한 데이터의 별도 백업(CSV/JSON 내보내기)을 권장합니다.

7. 서비스의 변경 및 종료

운영자는 본 서비스의 기능을 변경하거나, 본 서비스 자체를 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 사용자는 본인 기기 및 본인 Drive에 보관된 데이터에 계속 접근할 수 있으며, CSV/JSON으로 내보낼 수 있습니다.

8. 약관의 변경

본 약관은 본 페이지에서 갱신될 수 있으며, 시행일이 함께 갱신됩니다. 변경 후에도 본 서비스를 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

9. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 본 서비스 이용으로 인한 분쟁은 운영자 주소지 관할 법원을 1심 전속 관할법원으로 합니다.

Thank you for using Me-seum (the "Service"). These Terms govern your use of the Service. By using Me-seum you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Me-seum (the "Service") is a personal media-log tool that stores, on your own device and your own Google Drive, the records you create about movies, TV, anime, and books you have watched or read. The Service is provided free of charge.

2. Ownership of Your Data

All data you enter remains yours. The Service operator does not retain a copy on its servers and asserts no rights over your data.

3. External Data Sources

The Service fetches movie/TV metadata from TMDB, anime metadata from AniList, and book metadata from the Aladin Open API. These data are owned by their respective providers; the Service makes no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or freshness.

Per the terms of each external API, data use is limited to personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit the metadata obtained through the Service.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Use the Service at your own risk.
• Do not deliberately exceed or abuse external API quotas (TMDB, AniList, Aladin).
• Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Do not use the output of the Service in ways that infringe rightsholders.

5. No Warranty (As-Is)

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to:

• Continuous availability or uninterrupted operation;
• Accuracy or freshness of metadata from external APIs;
• Fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or loss of use) arising out of your use of the Service.

The operator does not guarantee against data loss caused by Drive synchronization conflicts. We recommend periodic CSV/JSON exports of important data.

7. Changes and Termination

The operator may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Upon discontinuation you will retain access to data stored on your device and your Drive, and may export it as CSV/JSON.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated on this page; the effective date will reflect any change. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having territorial jurisdiction over the operator's address.
