개인정보처리방침

Me-seum(미지엄)은 사용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로 수집하고, 수집한 정보를 사용자의 본인 기기와 본인 Google Drive 외에는 어디에도 저장하지 않습니다. 본 방침은 Me-seum이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 명확히 알려드리기 위해 작성되었습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

Me-seum이 다루는 정보는 다음으로 한정됩니다.

• 라이브러리 데이터 — 사용자가 직접 추가한 작품(영화·TV·애니·도서)의 메타데이터, 별점, 한 줄 평, 감상문, 태그.
• 설정값 — 테마, 언어, 글자 크기 등 화면 설정.
• Google 계정 이메일 — Drive 동기화를 활성화한 경우에만 OAuth를 통해 조회되며 표시 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

분석·트래킹·광고 식별자·쿠키는 일절 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 저장 위치

• 사용자 본인 기기 — 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(또는 Capacitor Filesystem). 앱 데이터 삭제 시 즉시 사라집니다.
• 사용자 본인 Google Drive — 동기화를 켠 경우에만 Drive의 Me-seum Archive 폴더에 me-seum_data.json으로 저장됩니다. 폴더 접근은 drive.file scope로 제한되며, 본 앱이 만들지 않은 다른 파일에는 접근하지 않습니다.

Me-seum 운영자(서버)는 사용자 데이터의 사본을 보유하지 않습니다. 별도의 백엔드 데이터베이스가 존재하지 않습니다.

3. 외부 서비스

검색 기능 제공을 위해 다음 외부 API에 검색 쿼리가 전달됩니다. 사용자 식별 정보(이메일, IP 외 개인정보)는 함께 전달되지 않습니다.

• TMDB (themoviedb.org) — 영화 및 TV 메타데이터.
• AniList (anilist.co) — 애니메이션 메타데이터.
• 알라딘 Open API (aladin.co.kr) — 도서 메타데이터.
• Google Drive API — 동기화를 켠 경우에 한해 사용자 본인 Drive에 접근.

TMDB와 알라딘 호출은 Cloudflare Workers 프록시(api.me-seum.com)를 경유하여 API 키가 클라이언트에 노출되지 않도록 합니다.

4. Google API 데이터의 제한된 사용 (Limited Use)

Me-seum이 Google API로부터 받는 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수합니다. 여기에는 Limited Use 요건이 포함됩니다. 구체적으로:

• Drive 데이터는 사용자에게 동기화 기능을 제공하기 위해서만 사용됩니다.
• Drive 데이터를 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• Drive 데이터를 인간(개발자 본인 포함)이 읽지 않습니다 — 자동화된 코드 처리만 수행합니다. 단, 사용자가 명시 동의한 경우, 보안 목적, 법률상 요구되는 경우는 예외입니다.
• Drive 데이터를 제3자에게 전송하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

5. 보유 기간

사용자 데이터는 사용자가 직접 삭제하기 전까지 본인 기기 및 본인 Drive에 보관됩니다. Me-seum 측에서 임의로 삭제하거나 접근하지 않습니다.

6. 사용자의 권리

• 전체 삭제: 설정 화면의 "데이터 초기화" 버튼으로 로컬 데이터 즉시 삭제. Drive의 Me-seum Archive 폴더는 사용자가 Drive에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• OAuth 권한 회수: myaccount.google.com/permissions에서 언제든 Me-seum의 Drive 접근 권한을 회수할 수 있습니다.
• 데이터 내보내기: 리포트 화면에서 CSV 또는 JSON으로 모든 데이터를 다운로드할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

Me-seum은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 본 방침의 변경

본 방침은 본 페이지에서 갱신될 수 있으며, 시행일이 함께 갱신됩니다. 중요한 변경 사항이 있는 경우 앱 내 공지를 통해 알려드립니다.

Me-seum collects minimal personal information and stores it only on your own device and your own Google Drive — never on our servers. This policy explains exactly what data is handled and how.

1. Information We Handle

Me-seum handles only the following data:

• Library data — metadata, ratings, one-line takes, long-form reviews, and tags for the works (movies, TV, anime, books) that you add yourself.
• Settings — theme, language, typography preferences.
• Google account email — fetched via OAuth only when you enable Drive sync, used solely for display.

We do not collect analytics, tracking identifiers, advertising IDs, or cookies.

2. Where Data Is Stored

• Your own device — browser local storage (or Capacitor Filesystem). Cleared instantly when you clear app data.
• Your own Google Drive — only when you enable sync; stored as me-seum_data.json in a Me-seum Archive folder. Access is restricted by the drive.file scope, which limits us to files this app created — we cannot access other Drive files.

The Me-seum operator does not retain any copy of your data. There is no backend database.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide search, your search query is forwarded to the following APIs. No personal identifier (email, account info, etc.) is sent with the query.

• TMDB (themoviedb.org) — film and TV metadata.
• AniList (anilist.co) — anime metadata.
• Aladin Open API (aladin.co.kr) — book metadata.
• Google Drive API — only when sync is enabled, accessing your own Drive.

TMDB and Aladin requests pass through a Cloudflare Workers proxy (api.me-seum.com) so that API keys never appear in the client.

4. Limited Use of Google User Data

Me-seum's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Drive data solely to provide sync functionality to you.
• We do not use Drive data for advertising.
• We do not allow humans (including the developer) to read Drive data — only automated processing — except with your explicit consent, for security, or where required by law.
• We do not transfer or sell Drive data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device and your Drive until you delete it. Me-seum does not delete or access it on its own.

6. Your Rights

• Delete everything: the "Reset data" button in Settings clears local data immediately; you can delete the Me-seum Archive folder directly in Drive.
• Revoke OAuth: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions to revoke Me-seum's Drive access at any time.
• Export: download all your data as CSV or JSON from the Reports screen.

7. Children's Privacy

Me-seum is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated on this page; the effective date will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced in-app.
